Go-to Post-Workout Smoothie

Use this recipe as a formula to build your post-workout smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries

    • Can substitute for other fruit

  • 1 cup Baby Spinach

  • 1 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

    • Can substitute other liquids

  • 1 tbsp All Natural Peanut Butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
