Metabolism is the rate at which our body converts food into energy and everyone’s metabolism varies. Metabolism is affected by sleep, diet, and our movement throughout the day. Boost that metabolism up! Whether that means taking the stairs, walking home, or this quick 30 minute interval strength and conditioning circuit! We want to strive to push our heart rate into high intensities and then quickly recover to prepare for our next bout. Grab a friend and try this quick total body strength circuit!
