No Gym Required

WORKOUT

Work deadlines. Summer vacation. Nice weather. Laziness. There are plenty of reasons why you don’t want to go to the gym right now. But not all workouts need to be completed in the gym, and not all workouts need to use every single piece of equipment in the gym. Sometimes going minimal can be a good thing; less thinking, more doing.

Traveling for work or vacation? Yeah, you don’t need to be working out the entire time. But getting in a workout or two can prevent you from falling completely off the wagon by the time you return to the real word. A small fitness space or no fitness space at all shouldn’t stop you; this workout can be completed in any space, anywhere. All you need is two different bands (your could still get away with one) and twenty minutes:

Here is the workout, using two different bands:

  • Squat-to-Press x 12 (superband)
  • Split Stance Row x 12 (superband)
  • Push Up x 12 (superband)
  • Glute Bridge x 20(versa loop)
  • Bicep Curl x 15 (superband)
  • Overhead Tricep Extension x 15 (superband)

Repeat the set 3-4 times for a quick workout anywhere, anytime!
