TRX Full Body Workout

Sometimes we overthink our workouts and implement too many exercises with too many components to them. I like one-tool workouts because you can remain focused and not have to do 546 laps around the gym to get to every piece of equipment. One tool I like for it's versatility is the TRX Suspension Trainer.

Here is a great full-body workout using only the TRX Suspension Trainer:

Try to complete 5 rounds, or set a timer for 15 minutes and see how many rounds you can complete!

  • Assisted Chin-Up x 6
    • Move the straps down
  • Push-Up x 10
    • Move the straps down
  • Lying Leg Curl x 10
  • Elevated Plank x 30 seconds
  • Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats x 8 each leg

 

As I noted in between some exercises, you should only have to adjust the straps twice during the circuit!
