Tips for Fall

With colder weather upon us and days getting shorter, it’s normal that routines might change. It may be harder to motivate yourself to work out and comfort foods might sound more appealing given the weather! Don’t let fall changes ruin your healthy lifestyle habits. Here are some ideas for home workouts and healthy fall eats.

Full Body Workout

  • 10 jump squats

  • 20 push ups

  • 30 Russian twists

  • 40 seconds burpees

  • 10 walking lunges each leg

  • 20 tricep dips

  • 30 bicycle crunches

  • 40 seconds high knees

    Repeat 3-4x

Pumpkin Overnight Oats

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Dash of vanilla extra

    Mix all together and refrigerate overnight
