Quickie Kettlebell Workout

I love the kettlebell, it might be my favorite piece of equipment in the gym. Kettlebells are one of the most versatile pieces of equipment out there and can pretty much check all of the boxes of what a good workout needs. I also really like simple workouts. When you’re tight on time or waiting for equipment, a simple workout might be better. Try this workout below and let me know how your arms feel after:

  • Floor press x10
  • ½ Turkish Get Up
  • Half Rack Split Squat x10
  • Bent Over Row x10
  • Half Rack Carry
  • Single Leg Romanian Deadlift  x10
  • ½ Turkish Get Up


  • Repeat on other side

  • Repeat for 4-5 rounds (or whenever your arm detaches from your body)
