Healthy Taco Salad

Ingredients:

3 cups Spinach

2 cups Butter Lettuce

1 cup Kidney Beans

½ of an onion, chopped

10 cherry tomatoes

1 Small Can Green Chile

½ lb Lean Ground Turkey

1 tbsp Taco Seasoning

4 tbsp Bolthouse Farms Ranch

2 tbsp Salsa

Optional: Corn, Avocado or limes for topping.

Directions:

  1. Using cooking spray, cook the ground turkey with taco seasoning on medium heat until well done.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix spinach, butter lettuce, kidney beans, onion, tomato, and green Chile to large bowl.

  3. In another bowl mix ranch and salsa together.

  4. Drizzle over salad and top with ground turkey. Enjoy!

Notes:

Add black beans for extra protein.
