Leg Day HIIT Workout

I love leg day because I like to push my limits and see how far I can take it. Your legs have some of the largest muscles in our body so lets put them to work! Below is a leg HIIT workout that I like to complete at the end of my workout. 

Complete 4 rounds: 20 seconds on 10 seconds off, one round is equal to two minutes

  • Banded Squat Jumps

  • Banded Lunge Jumps

  • Banded Skaters

  • Banded in and out squat jumps
