Chest and Tricep Workout

Upper body strength day!  This workout will target your chest and tricep muscles, along with challenging your stability and core.  

The Workout:

1a.) Stability Ball Chest Press

2a.) Stability Ball Chest Flys

3a.) Stability Ball Decline Pushups

10 Reps of each exercise, Repeat 3x through

1b.) Tricep Cable Pulldowns  

2b.) High Plank Tricep Kickbacks

3b.) Plank Up Downs

10 Reps of each exercise, Repeat 3x through
