Grean Pea Hummus

1 1/3 cups Frozen Peas (Thawed)

1/2 cup Parsley (chopped)

1/2 cup Tahini

1/4 cup Water

2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsps Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp Lemon Zest

3/4 tsp Sea Salt

1 Garlic Cloves


1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add in additional water (one tablespoon at a time) if hummus becomes too thick.

2. Serve with raw vegetables (cucumbers, carrots, radishes, bell peppers) or add to sandwiches or wraps!
