Cardio and Core Workout

There’s nothing like a little cardio – core combo to put the sugar on top to a great session! Try this alternating Tabata style workout. Perform each exercise four times (or twice on each side) before moving on to the next! For example, four sets of twenty-second interval sprints and then four total sets of Russian Twists.

Rest @ 0:10 seconds
