Lower Body Kettlebell & Box Workout

Avoid wasting time hopping from machine to machine! Grab a box and a single kettlebell and prepare to

put in some work for the next 15 minutes! Push yourself to make it through four rounds without any

rest! If you need a rest, grab a drink at the halfway point.

1. Goblet Squat x 8

2. Single Leg RDL x 8 each leg

3. Curtsey Step Up x 8 each leg

4. KB Deadlift x 8 each leg

5. Explosive Step Ups x 8 each leg
