Upper Body Waterfall Workout

Four moves may not seem like a lot, but do this waterfall workout and thank me later!

For this waterfall workout you will have ten rounds, each round you will go down one rep. Round 1 is

10 reps for each move. Round 2 is 9 reps at each move. Round 3 is 8 reps at each move and so on.

Move 1: Ball push ups

Move 2: V- sit hammer curls

Move 3: Bent over row to tricep extensions

Move 4: Plank shoulder taps (One tap each shoulder will count as one rep)
