Workout Wednesday: Partner Workout!

Grab a partner and try this full body partner workout just in time for Valentines Day! Perform each exercise for 40 seconds with 20 seconds in between each. Repeat 4 times.

The Workout:

  1. Kettlebell deadlift to squat

  2. Single arm reverse lunge to shoulder press

  3. Medicine ball toe taps

  4. Hollow hold + hammer curls

  5. Sit up + ball toss
