Workout Wednesday: Lower Body Burn

Need a quick and effective HIIT workout? Don’t worry, I have got you covered!

Here is a short circuit you can tailor to fit your workout. I completed this circuit at the end of my workout, and OW! Below are 4 links to the videos highlighting each move. I completed each move for 30 seconds and then went on to the next. The whole circuit will only take you 8 minutes and it is a great finisher. Hope it leaves you sweaty and give you that extra kick at the end of your workout, enjoy!

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds and repeat 4 times through.
