Workout Wednesday: Bosu Core

Challenge your core with this quick workout! A BOSU is all you need! With the utilization of a BOSU ball, you are focusing on stabilization muscles crucial for building good balance and posture. If you do not have access to one, you can still complete this workout on a mat!

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Repeat 3 times!

  1. Plank up downs

  2. Side crunch (switch sides halfway through)

  3. Overhead sit ups

  4. Hollow body hold

  5. Knee to elbow plank
