Workout Wednesday: Step Workout

Add some variation to your workouts with this full body step workout. If you don’t have a step, you can use stairs at home!

Complete 12 repetitions of each exercise. Repeat circuit 3-4x

  1. Decline Push Ups

  2. Squat Jumps

  3. Plank Walk-Overs

  4. Reverse Lunge + Curl

  5. Mountain Climbers
