Total Body TRX Workout Wednesday

Looking for a way to switch up your workouts? Try this total body workout using just your bodyweight with the help of a TRX suspension trainer. Remember to keep the core engaged and keep breathing!

The workout:

  • 10 tricep skull crushers

  • 10 hamstring curls

  • 12 spidermans

  • 8 each side single arm rows

  • 12 jump squats

Repeat 3-4x
