Enjoy the last few weeks of summer with this outdoor workout! No equipment necessary, just an outdoor space and water to keep hydrated! Repeat as many repetitions as possible within 15 minutes. Quick and easy to break a sweat in the sun!
180° mountain climbers (x10)
Single leg reverse lunge to hop-up (x8 each leg)
Lateral jump squats (x10)
Double crunch (x10)
Single leg glute raise (x8 each leg)
Plank + shoulder taps (x8 each side)
