Workout Wednesday: Treadmill HIIT

Ever feel like you’re just going through the motions on the treadmill? Don’t worry, you're not the only one feeling that way. That's why I always like to incorporate some High Intensity Interval Training on the treadmill to keep it engaging and fun. Try the workout below, enjoy!

5-minutes 4.5-6.0 mph
1-minute 5.0-7.0 mph
3-minutes 5.0-7.0 mph with 5% incline
1-minute 6.0+ mph with 5% incline (push yourself on this!)
3-minutes 5.0-7.0 mph with 7% incline
1-minute 6.0+ mph with 7% incline (push yourself on this!)
3-minutes 5.0-7.0 mph with 9% incline
1-minute 6.0+ mph with 9% incline (push yourself on this!)
2-minute cool down

Repeat as many times as you would like!
