Workout Wednesday: Total Body Strength Circuit

Beach Season is upon us! Which means it's time to take your workouts to the next level. This total body strength circuit will do just that. Make sure you're lifting heavy for this one. The goal is to complete 10 challenging reps of each exercise. If the weight you've picked is too light and 10 reps of everything is too easy, you'll want to increase your weight and push yourself to lift a little heavier. Complete one full round of exercises then repeat from the top.

2 Sets of 10 reps

  • Push Ups
  • Tricep Push Ups
  • Dumbbell Goblet Squat
  • Barbell Deadlift
  • Seated Machine Row
  • Chin Up Negatives: Begin in the pulled-up position and slowly control your descent
  • Plyometric Lunges: 10 lunges on each side, 20 total
