Workout Wednesday

It’s always way more fun working out with a sweat-mate! Whether it's a friend, family member, significant other, or coworker. Try out these moves the next time you’re at the gym with someone! 

Move 1: Plank + Burpee jump overs
One partner holds a plank while the other does burpee jump overs. Each partner completes each move for 30 seconds then switch.

Move 2: Crunches + Med ball pass
Each partner completes a regular crunchvwhile one partner has a med ball in their hands. When both partners reach the top, pass the med ball. Complete for one minute.

Move 3: Oblique twists + Med ball pass
Partners have their backs together. One partner will have the med ball and will twist to the side to pass to their partner. Complete for one minute.

Move 4: Plank hold + high fives
Partners hold a plank facing each other, while in plank position high five each other.
