This workout will leave you feeling sweaty and strong, which is exactly how a workout should make you feel! Push yourself during this workout. Push yourself to go a little faster on the treadmill, and increase your weights. You are stronger than you think! Click on the YouTube link to see each move, enjoy!

Run .40 miles

  • 2 x 10 reps: Walking lunges (10 each leg)
  • 2 x 10 reps: Goblet squats

Run .30 miles

  • 2 x 10 reps: Renegade rows (10 each arm)
  • 2 x 10 reps: Kettlebell high pulls

Run .20 miles

  • 2 x 10 reps: Lunge squat lunge
  • 2 x 10 reps: Bicep curl to overhead press

Run .10 miles

  • 2 x 1 min: Planks

Total Distance= 1 mile run
