Sautéed Apples and Pears
- 1 Apple
- 1 Pear
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 c Water
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil (*Optional*)
Slice apple and pear into approx. 8 slices each.
Heat a skillet to medium and add the coconut oil if you choose so.
Add the apples to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add the pear slices.
Sprinkle in cinnamon and stir. Add 1/4 cup water and cover with a lid. Stir occasionally.
Cook until fruit is tender, serve and enjoy!
