Sautéed Apples and Pears

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Pear
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil (*Optional*) 
  • Directions
  1. Slice apple and pear into approx. 8 slices each.

  2. Heat a skillet to medium and add the coconut oil if you choose so.

  3. Add the apples to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add the pear slices.

  4. Sprinkle in cinnamon and stir. Add 1/4 cup water and cover with a lid. Stir occasionally.

  5. Cook until fruit is tender, serve and enjoy!
