Now I don’t know many people who get too excited about doing planks, I mean you are staring at the timer just waiting to be done. But trust me, time will fly by with these fun plank variations. The best part about planks, you don’t need any equipment to complete the move. These are challenging but don’t doubt yourself, you got this!
Complete each move for 45 seconds, repeat as many times as you want. Enjoy!
1. TRX Planks
2. Spider Planks: Bring your knee to your elbow
3. Bird Dog Planks: Remain in plank position while lifting your opposite arm and leg, then alternate sides
4. Rocking back and forth planks: Remain in plank position and rock your body forward and backwards
