This workout HIITS it all: upper body, lower body, core, and last but not least, cardio! This is a great total body workout that will leave you feeling strong and sweaty. The best part is you can make this workout as long or as short as you want. Each move is 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. The rest is a transition time to move from one exercise to the next. Finishing one complete round of the circuit should only take you 7 minutes making this the perfect workout to squeeze into a busy schedule. Enjoy! 

Complete each exercise for 45 seconds, take 15 seconds to rest in between

  • Push up to Row
  • Forward lunge-Squat-Forward lunge
  • Bicep curl to overhead press
  • Weighted crunches with overhead extension
  • TRX Jump squats
  • TRX ab tucks
  • Burpees
