Here is a killer core workout for you to try! The good thing about this workout is you can make it as short or as long as you want. This core circuit is composed of 5 exercises, complete each exercise for a total of 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest in between. Use that 20 seconds of rest to transition to the next move. One complete round will be 5 minutes total.  Remember to keep your core tight and to breathe. Enjoy!

1. Bosu up and overs

2. TRX knee tucks

3. TRX pike ups

4. Weighted barbell leg drops

5.Weighted straight leg crunches
