Ginger not only is trendy, but it's actually full of great benefits! Have ginger tea, added to Asian dishes or into a dessert. The possibilities are endless and delicious! Red about some benefits below.

Aides in Digestion

Speeds up digestion by a significant amount.

Reduce Menstrual Pains

Ginger was found to reduce pains from menstruation as effectively as ibuprofen.

Ginger Contains Gingerol

Gingerol is the main active compound in ginger. Acts as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Found to be effective for rheumatoid arthritis. This is also good for reducing muscle soreness in situations like post-workout recovery.

Anti-Nausea

Fights of nausea and morning sickness.

Brain Booster

Been suggested to help fight age-related damage to the brain and Alzheimer’s.

Fight Infections

Inhibits the growth of bacteria.
