Valentine's Day Partner Workout

Whether it’s your workout buddy, bestie, or significant other, grab that special someone and get your Valentine’s Day workout done together! 

Each exercise is 30 seconds. Complete 3 rounds total.

  • Partner Squat
  • Push Up + High Five
  • Resistance Band Pallof Press (Both sides)
  • Lateral Lunge with Ball Toss (Both sides)
  • Sit Up Ball Pass
  • Plank Hold + Lateral Jumps, (Switch spots and repeat)
