Workout Wednesday: Travel Edition

Traveling for the holidays? Here is a circuit workout you can do anywhere. No equipment needed.

Complete each exercise 40 seconds on 20 seconds off. Repeat all 3x through.

  1. High knees

  2. Close grip push up

  3. Supermans

  4. Crunches

  5. Glute Bridges

  6. Alternating lateral lunges

  7. Jumping jacks

  8. Single leg lift plank
