Kettlebell Circuit

Workout like a trainer with this kettlebell circuit! As a trainer, days can be very busy and sometimes I find it hard to make time for my workouts in between clients. But with this simple circuit, I’m able to get a total body workout in under 30 minutes! All you need is a kettlebell. If you don’t have access to a kettlebell, a dumbbell works as well!

Repeat each exercise for 40 seconds each with a 20 second break in between exercises.

The workout:

  • Squat to Upright Row

  • Single Arm Bent Over Row

  • Single Arm Shoulder Press

  • Kettlebell Deadlift

  • Kettlebell Swings

  • Single Leg Deadlift

  • Russian Twists

Repeat 3-4 times
