Whether you are short on time, or looking for a lower body workout, this workout will provide both! This workout can be done in as little as 5 minutes. However, try to see how long you are able to push through this workout. Your legs will thank you later!

Completing all 5 sets is 5 minutes total

Weighted Squats

Lunge/Squat/Lunge Jumps

Set 2:

Sumo Squats

Plank Jacks

Set 3:

Squat Jumps

Pulse Squats

Set 4:

Forward Lunges

Weight Hip Extensions

Set 5:

Single Leg Deadlift
