WORKOUT WEDNESDAY

 

Follow this fun cycling workout for a quick 30 minute cardio and lower body workout. Pair it with your favorite workout playlist for more motivation to keep you moving!

Begin with a 5 minute warm up at a light-moderate resistance. Maintain the light resistance, Sprint for 10 seconds, Recover for 30 seconds. Complete 5 rounds of sprint intervals. Next comes the hill climbing portion. Add resistance every minute for 5 minutes, taking it to a standing position when necessary. Return to light resistance and sprint for 30 seconds as fast as you can! Recover for 1 minute and repeat again beginning at your sprints! Finish with a 3 minute cooldown.
