Creamy Dijon Flaxseed Greek Yogurt Dressing

Makes 10 Servings | 5 Minutes


  • 2 tbsps White Wine Vinegar

  • 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 3/4 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsps Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsps Ground Flax Seed


1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth or desired consistency.
