Creamy Dijon Flaxseed Greek Yogurt Dressing

2 tbsps White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsps Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsps Ground Flax Seed
1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth or desired consistency.
