Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk*
  • 1 tsp. honey, Optional

*Any type of milk will work with this recipe, so feel free to use cow’s milk if that is what you prefer.

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Use more liquid and blend longer for a thinner consistently and use less liquid for a thicker consistency. Option to also add ice if you like your smoothies ice cold.
  3. Pour into your favorite smoothie cup or container and enjoy!
