Complete 2-3 rounds

Squat + Toss | 15 reps

Mountain Climbers | 30 reps

Toe taps on ball | 30 total

Plank jacks | 20 total

Core twists |30 reps

Alternating lunge and twist |10 each side

Rolling pushups |10 each arm

Jack and overhead press | 15 reps

Standing toe touches | 10 each leg
