2 rounds of the following:

  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Lunges
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • 20 Push Ups
  • 20 Crunches

1 round of cardio:

  • 20 minutes of walking or running
