HIIT It with These 6 Moves

This week’s workout uses High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to keep your heart rate up and will burn more fat in less time. Hooray for HIIT! Go all out for 45 seconds for each exercise, giving 100% effort!

Jumping Jacks - 45 seconds

15 second rest

Mountain Climbers - 45 seconds

15 second rest

Jump Rope - 45 seconds

15 second rest

Burpees - 45 seconds

15 second rest

Squat jumps - 45 seconds

15 second rest

Butt Kicks - 45 seconds

1 minute rest

Repeat 4x
