100x Jump rope
20 Lateral hops
10 Forward bounds + burpee: turn around and do it again going back in the opposite direction
20 Single leg hops: both sides
20 Plyometric lunges: alternating legs
10 Push ups + shoulder taps: If you're feeling fancy, make this a plyometric push up!
10 Jump squat + roll like a ball
20 Plank bunny hops: beginning in plank, hop your feet side to side
