Minty Green Smoothie

A simple and refreshing smoothie perfect for Spring! 

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Servings: 1


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 HANDFUL spinach
  • ½ CUP nonfat Greek yogurt, vanilla flavored
  • ½ TSP mint extract (option to use mint leaves)
  • 1 CUP unsweetened almond milk

*If using fresh bananas, option to add ice for a thicker consistency

**Replace almond milk with skim milk for a greater protein content


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth
