Cinnamon Toasted Almonds

Makes: 8 servings | Serving Size: ¼ cup

Ingredients

  • 2 CUPS whole almonds
  • 1 TSP cinnamon
  • ½ TSP salt
  • 1 TBSP olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250º.
  2. In a large bowl, add almonds, cinnamon, salt, and olive oil.
  3. Toss to coat all almonds thoroughly. Spread out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 1 hour, remove from oven, and serve immediately or store in airtight container.
