Cinnamon Toasted Almonds

Makes: 8 servings | Serving Size: ¼ cup
- 2 CUPS whole almonds
- 1 TSP cinnamon
- ½ TSP salt
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- Preheat oven to 250º.
- In a large bowl, add almonds, cinnamon, salt, and olive oil.
- Toss to coat all almonds thoroughly. Spread out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 1 hour, remove from oven, and serve immediately or store in airtight container.
