WORKOUT WEDNESDAY

Increase your metabolism with Metabolic Training! Metabolic Training consists of compound exercises with minimal rest in between to make your workout more efficient and maximize your calorie burn during and even after the workout increasing your metabolism so that you burn more calories at rest. Who wouldn’t want that?!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes taking only 30 seconds of rest between each exercise and a full minute rest at the end of each round.

Equipment: Moderately heavy Dumbbells, and Kettlebell

20 Squat Press

20 Renegade Row

20 Alternating Weighted Step Ups

20 Kettlebell Swings

10 Burpee + Kettlebell Upright Row

20 Kettlebell Figure-8 Lunges (Alternating reverse lunge, passing the Kettlebell underneath your front leg in a figure 8)

20 Kettlebell Get Ups (10 on each side)
