Functional Training Circuit

This functional training circuit will get you moving and will workout your entire body with functional strength movements and cardiovascular components.

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between. Aim for 4 rounds!

Slam Balls

Bosu Mountain Climbers

Kettlebell Swings

Medicine Ball Toss

Step Ups

Single Arm Landmine Shoulder Press (Both Sides)
