TRX Suspension Training Workout


Today’s workout integrates TRX Suspension Straps. Suspension training is a great way to add more challenge into your workout because it requires you to use more muscles to stabilize and balance your body AND works your core muscles the entire time! Can you say BONUS?!

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds with a 15 second rest in between.

Complete 2-3 rounds of each circuit.

Upper Body Circuit

  • Chest Press
  • Low Row
  • Y-pulls
  • Seated Pull ups

Lower Body Circuit

  • Squat Jump
  • Overhead Squat
  • Single Leg Reverse Lunge
  • (Each Side)
  • Supine Hamstring Curl

Core Circuit

  • TRX Elbow Plank
  • TRX Elbow Side Plank (Each Side)
  • TRX Mountain Climbers
