Tread and Shred

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY

Check out this week’s tread and shred circuit workout!

Perform treadmill intervals for 6 minutes

Start with incline at 1.0 and increase after every sprint 

  • 1st minute: jog/recovery brisk walk 
  • 2nd minute: sprint   

Perform floor workout for 6 minutes

  • 15 squat to press 
  • 10 squat jumps 
  • 15 bench dips 
  • 10 burpees 
  • 10 push-ups 
  • 30 bicycle crunches   

Repeat treadmill and floor work one more time!
