WORKOUT WEDENSDAY

Perform each circuit for a total of 6 minutes and then move on to next round. Drink water and take breaks as needed!


Round 1

  • 10 Burpees 
  • 10 Tricep Dips 
  • 20 Weighted Lunges 
  • 30 Mountain Climbers 

Round 2

  • 10 Hammer Curl to Shoulder Press 
  • 10 Star Jumps 
  • 8 Renegade Rows  
  • 20 X-Jumps 

Round 3

  • 30 Jumping Jacks 
  • 10 Stability Ball (TRX) Hamstring Curls 
  • 20 Plank Jacks 
  • 10 Sit-Ups with Dumbbell Punches
