Stretching before & after your workout is the key to remaining injury-free! Try these 8 stretches before and after your workout to increase your results overall. Remember to inhale & exhale throughout the duration of the stretch hold. Also, remember not bounce in the stretch! Go to a place of slight discomfort, not pain, and slowly stretch & hold each pose for 20 to 30 seconds.
