1 Minute Jump Rope

  • 15 Squat and Press 
  • 10 Push-Ups 

1 Minute Jump Rope  

  • 15 Tricep Dips 
  • 10 Lunge and Curl 

1 Minute Jump Rope

  • 15 Bentover Rows 
  • 10 Commandos 

1 Minute Jump Rope

Repeat for 3 rounds! 

*Modification: reduce jump rope time to :30
