Pret a Manager: 5 Grain Oatmeal Fills you up and perfect for a chilly Fall morning. Add some flavor by topping with half a banana, nut butter, or stevia.

Goddess and the Baker: Avocado Toast Delicious way to get a boost of carbs and healthy fats for breakfast. Save some calories by skipping on the ricotta.
