Cardio Core Tabata

Workout Wednesday

You'll be sweating in no time with this quick interval workout! 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 4 rounds of each circuit. Take a 1-2 minute test in between each circuit.


Circuit 1

  • Jumping jacks
  • Plank hold + step outs

Circuit 2

  • Jump rope
  • Bicycle crunches 

Circuit 3

  • Box jumps/step ups
  • Seated Russian twists

Circuit 4

  • Shuffle squat, add a bosu ball for an added challenge!
  • Plank pikes with TRX straps or a stability ball

Circuit 5

  • Burpees
  • Alternating oblique crunches
